Greetings! My online givers are getting this message:

The charge succesfully went through, but there was an error sending the confirmation email.

I set up a test account and got the same message. Any ideas on what's happening?

Hi Rob,

I apologize, the email server was temporarily down so emails were not being sent out. This has been fixed and tested so that emails are now going through.
